Electra Partners invests in all forms of private equity situations as our track record shows. These include buy-outs, development capital, turnaround situations, PIPEs, restructuring and secondaries.

 

We are not sector specific and look to invest £20 - £75 million in transactions where we feel we can achieve the appropriate returns for our investors.

 

Using private equity techniques, funding can range from a standard equity or mezzanine product through to the more unusual and complex deals.
