We draw our funds from our major client Electra Private Equity (Electra), a private equity investment trust founded in 1935 and which has been listed on the London Stock Exchange since 1976. We also manage the Electra Partners Club 2007 LP, a fund raised in 2008 for the sole purpose of investing alongside Electra Private Equity in control investment situations.

As at 30 September 2011, Electra Private Equity had net assets of £822 million. Over the ten-year period to 30 September 2011, Electra had produced diluted net asset value per share growth of 168% and a share price increase of 109% against 13% for the FTSE All-Share.

Investors in Electra and the Club include leading institutions such as pension funds, asset managers, family offices and insurance companies. The majority of Electra’s shareholders by value are based in the UK, followed by Continental Europe whilst the majority of Club investors by value are based in the US followed by the UK.
